Dr. (Sir) Joe Madu

Dr. . Madu is fortified with over 30 years of executive level experience in successfully building & sustaining domestic and international economic bridges, capacities, utilization, operational efficiencies, industrial security and momentum. 

He earned his BSc with majors in Biology & Chemistry in 1982 and MBA (Financial Management & Admin) in Dec, 1983 from South Eastern Oklahoma University. He is an experienced Industrial Safety Instructor & Fire & Rescue Officer/EMT-Paramedic since 1987. In 1991, he became an Adjunct Faculty with California College for Health Sciences/Independent University. Has been a  licenced rRgistered  Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Medical Board. since 1991 and  licensed Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator in Texas since 2003. He earned a doctorate degree in Technology in October 2014.

He managed multi-unit healthcare facilities for Spring Seasons, Nexion, Cantex as Chief Executive Officer/Administrator and provided result-oriented international business development & Industrial Security Consultancy for global-oriented companies. His diversified Management & Marketing experiences have enabled him to filter, identify, match and sustain result-oriented synergistic global partnerships between US and foreign companies. His ability to inter-phase seamlessly with and between diversified cultures, Ex-im banks, private equity lenders, Industrial Security, Import and Export manufacturers and consultants provides added value to his asset portfolio. 

Mr. Madu is the CEO of Metromed Staffing & Health Services Inc., Metromed Nursing Institute and Noble Choice Home Healthcare. He collaborated with Medisend International, Orasure and DC Consortium to successfully deliver humanitarian Medical Missions to Nigeria in 1995, Ghana in 1989, and Sierra Leone, Guinea & Liberia in 2008. Annual global humanitarian medical and academic missions have become a call-of-duty in his house-hold hence fort.

He is a board member of Cachet Mining (S/L), ResourceHQ (Nig) Ltd., Noble Aid Foundation and SolarRoofs4Africa and a founding member and President of the West Africa Chamber of Commerce & Industry. His duties as President include leadership, management, grooming future leaders and development of International Trade for and/or between our members, West Africa, USA and global markets.

His Community Leadership roles include: 2001 Alumnus-Dallas Blue-Print for Leader-ship. He has received numerous philanthropic and leadership awards in the USA & Africa. Mr. Madu is happily married, and is blessed with four beautiful children. He enjoys tennis, soccer, movies, intellectual discussions, travels, swimming, reading, & volunteering for a good cause. He is a member of American Heart Association, American Safety & Health Institute, World Affairs Council & American Society of Industrial Security-International.
